By submitting this entry form I understand all coaches must be USBC RVP representatives or a registered volunteer for another youth organization. All coaches must be SafeSport certified and can provide documentation upon request for both certifications to confirm.
Coaches without these credentials can still support their teams from the spectator area.
New for 2023 - All Bowlers must provide proof of School attending prior to qualifying. This information can be emailed prior to event or presented at Team check in at event.
Bowling order will be entered based on the order of the bowlers below. Place any substitute bowlers at the bottom of list.
Bowlers must be 10 years of age by August 1, 2022.
Teams are required to have 5 bowlers. Up to 6 bowlers are allowed due to substitutions. Bowler 6 is optional.
